Lead Deckhand

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Deck with a minimum of 2 year experience in the industry to join our team. The candidate must hold a Yacht Rating and PWC license as a minimum for safe manning. be reliable, hard working and a good team player. Drone flying and video editing will be a bonus as we do a lot of filming for charter guests. We will be in Barcelona this winter where we'll be busy with general repairs and maintenance and building a solid deck team for 2025 summer season. We made great charter tips this year and we already have a few charters booked in for next year. Here's some more info about the Lead Deckhand position: Start Date: 30 November 2024
End Date: Indefinite
Leave: 30 days paid leave per Annum + 14 Maltese bank holidays
Probation Period: 3 months
Termination: 7 days during probation. 1 month thereafter
Salary: € 3 400 per month, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
Agreed Repatriation Destination: TBC – 1 flight per year, economy
Insurance: Full MLC compliant Cover
ENG1:Required to be valid for another 6 months minimum
