.GenAI System Architect Department: 501 Product and TechnologyEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Remote, SpainCompensation: €86,500 / yearDescription The Generative AI Architect plays a crucial role in leading our GenAI initiatives. This position involves the design and development of sophisticated GenAI systems capable of producing advanced outputs. Candidates are expected to have a deep understanding of AI, machine learning engineering, particularly focusing on generative models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning techniques, and the innovative application of these technologies. Additionally, familiarity with emerging tools and platforms like LangChain, LLamaIndex and Typesense is essential for leveraging their capabilities in enhancing our solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the design, development, and implementation of tools, systems, and processes that accelerate engineering velocity, reduce manual effort, and increase the quality of outputArchitect scalable GenAI systems, emphasizing RAG, agents, fine-tuning, and prompting for enhanced generative outputs and targeted applicationsUse the latest AI tools to rethink how we can be the most productive team in the industryCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of GenAI solutionsKeep abreast of the latest GenAI and machine learning developments, with a special focus on generative modelsLead R&D to explore new GenAI applications, improving our methodologies and capabilitiesCommit to ethical standards in GenAI development, focusing on bias mitigation, fairness, and privacy protectionProvide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering an environment of innovation and learningCommunicate complex GenAI concepts to stakeholders, facilitating strategic decisions and planningSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseDemonstrated experience in designing data-intensive applicationsExtensive knowledge of software development frameworks and approachesHave experience-driven empathy for the tools, frustrations, and processes that slow engineering teams down and lead to toil or burnoutAdvantage if experienced in AI or machine learning projects, specifically in generative models, RAG, fine-tuning of LLMs, and the application of frameworks like LangChain, LLamaIndex, TypesenseAdvantage if proficient in Python and familiar with AI/ML frameworks (e.G
