Ubicación: Nestlé Spain, La Penilla Factory Contrato: Indefinido tiempo completo Posición: Responsable Laboratorio Físico Químico Responsabilidades Coordinación general y supervisión de todo el trabajo que se realiza en el Laboratorio Físico-Químico, asegurando las buenas prácticas en Seguridad y Calidad del Laboratorio.
Coordinación general de la gestión de materias primas.
Coordinación general del Peso Neto y Contaminantes.
Organizar y supervisar todo el trabajo administrativo y técnico del Laboratorio FQ.
Organizar el turno y gestionar las vacaciones del personal.
Realizar/coordinar la implantación de nuevos análisis y asegurar la formación adecuada al personal.
Llevar el plan de autocontrol general del Laboratorio FQ, incluyendo en él los diversos aparatos utilizados por otras Secciones del departamento de Control de Calidad, incluidos aparatos situados en fábrica (fuera del recinto de Laboratorio).
Puesta en marcha, validación y revalidación de métodos analíticos de referencia y alternativos.
Solucionar incidencias derivadas de métodos analíticos.
Dar apoyo a los técnicos de calidad en temas analíticos para la gestión de incidencias.
Realizar las mejoras del Laboratorio FQ, confeccionando el Budget respectivo y coordinar con el departamento Técnico.
Coordinar la compra de material para el Laboratorio FQ.
Gestión de muestras internas para revalidación interna de los métodos analíticos del laboratorio FQ (muestras P).
Gestión de los planes de contaminantes de materias primas (CSP global, CSP, LSP, NN, IRT, Packaging).
Gestión del plan de contaminantes de Nutrición para materias primas.
Liberación de dichas materias primas en base al plan de contaminantes establecido por los agrónomos (Database).
Gestión datos analíticos y planes de inspección en SAP.
Seguimiento de los controles y desviaciones analíticas del agua potable y vapor culinario de fábrica, incluyendo la participación activa en los estudios HACCP del agua y vapor culinario.
Autorizar liberaciones excepcionales a los proveedores cuando se refiere a contaminantes.
Gestionar con los proveedores los fueras de norma de contaminantes y establecer planes de acción para que lo corrijan.
Junto con el Jefe de Aseguramiento de Calidad, es el contacto con la Consejería de Sanidad, cuando lo requieran.
Recibir a los comerciales de equipos y materiales de laboratorio para estar al día de las nuevas soluciones que hay en el mercado.
Gestionar incidencias y formación de peso neto.
Realizar cursos de BPL y Seguridad en laboratorio.
Tutorizar becarios de FCT y universidad.
Cualquier otra que le encomiende su jefe.
Requisitos Licenciado/Ingeniero Químico/Titulado Superior.
Técnico Superior en Riesgos Laborales en las tres especialidades, Seguridad, Higiene y Ergonomía y Psicosociología.
Mínimo a nivel de prácticas laborales en empresa.
Idioma Inglés nivel alto (4).
