Our New Opportunity
We are expanding our European operations with a new production plant in Tortosa, Spain, and are seeking a skilled Chemical Plant Manager to lead our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Control the production of glues and formaldehyde at our production plant in Burgos.
- Fulfill orders and supply both the Burgos plant and Salas de los Infantes.
- Enforce Kronospan production and quality standards.
- Control the maintenance of the chemical plant and materials used.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Lead projects and R+D+i initiatives.
- Manage personnel hired in the chemical plant and oversee selection processes.
- Manage shift control, attendance, and overtime payment.
- Oversee shift changes, permits, vacations, and other personnel matters.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably with a clear career track record.
- Chemical engineer degree.
