.The agencyWe are a specialized communication agency with over 10 years of experience leading the communication and dissemination efforts for innovative health projects funded by the European Commission. These projects focus on the generation of innovative services, technologies, and processes to improve the efficiency, safety, outcomes, and satisfaction in the healthcare arena.We are seeking an experienced and independent Communication Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning and implementing communication strategies to raise awareness of these initiatives among target stakeholders and build communities that aligns all actors in recognizing the value of innovation in health for promoting its impact and scalability.Minimum requirementsBachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, advertising or similar.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (C1 level).Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.Ability to travel.Residency in Spain (preferably Madrid).Essential RequirementsExperience in designing and executing tailored communication strategies.Ability to lead meetings and presentations across multiple working groups (in English and Spanish).Capacity to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to develop and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Time-management and organizational skillsProficient in: MS Office, web presence and SEO, social media campaigns, international conferences organization, mass media coverage, content generation, production of audiovisual materials.Desire requirementsProven experience in coordinating large-scale communication projects, ideally within the health innovation sector.Strong understanding of the European health innovation ecosystem landscape.In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market, including its challenges goals and future trends.Interest in new technologies and their application in the healthcare sector.Key responsibilitiesLead and coordinate European health innovation communication teams.Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for large-scale projects.Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including hospitals, industry leaders, academic institutions, startups, SMEs, government bodies, and policymakers.Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring objectives are met within deadlines.Competencies and SkillsLeadership: ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams.Strategic thinking: aptitude for developing long-term communication plans aligned with project goals.Relationship building: strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.Analytical skills: ability to analyze project data and metrics to inform strategy and reporting.Adaptability: flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on project needs and stakeholder feedback.Problem-solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and finding effective solutions
