As a French Speaking Freelance Recruiter at Patrique Mercier Recruitment, you will play a vital role in our recruitment process, matching the best candidates with the right employers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals from different backgrounds, ensuring a seamless and personalized recruitment experience.
Responsibilities Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Screen and evaluate potential candidates through interviews and assessments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their skills and qualifications. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates, keeping contact information and profiles up to date. Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates on their application status. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and employers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Fluent in French and proficient in English. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
