As a Freelance Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with our team to help place Norwegian-speaking candidates in exciting positions abroad, creating incredible career opportunities for them.
Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the consumer services industry.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop a deep understanding of the company culture.
Conduct thorough reference and background checks on potential candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods, both traditional and creative, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, negotiating job offers, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and continuously stay in touch to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements Fluent in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
Ability to effectively interview and assess candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
