Digital Marketing Executive - Webinars + Hirgin now industryBarcelona, ??Hybrid working with 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from homeOurPerk:23 Holiday Days + your local bank holidaysTechnology - You'll get a laptop all setup and ready for your first day.Healthcare InsuranceFlexible benefits scheme including transport card and nurseryLunch voucherTeam building activity throughout the year in the office, plus an annual team building activity with the entire organization20 days working from abroad - we are an international team, so we value spending time with family or having a change of sceneryWho are we?Hightekers was founded with the idea of ??supporting IT and Engineer freelancers to do what they do best.We are on a mission of supporting them with all the administrative management, and leave them the independence and availability to focus on their projects.With our innovative digital platform, Freelancers can stay in charge of all the documents and information while having the opportunity to connect with our network of like-minded professionals and share new projects with the community.Your mission:The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for turning our online events into a profitable acquisition channel in terms of ROI, in particular but not limited to by creating promotional campaigns prior to the event in order to acquire quality leads for the marketing and sales departments to follow-up with.You will then be actively participating in our growth.Your Responsibilities:Develop a webinar program for key phases of the buyer's journey from awareness to purchaseOversee each webinar from conception, production, leads' follow-up and reportingOwn the promotion pre, during, and post eventIf needed, be the host or co-host of the webinarOwn the technical setup of our webinars, mastering our set of tools for digital marketingImplementing digital marketing tactics to constantly increase the number of qualified leads' registration and attendees to our events, showing a growth mindsetWork with the content team to find innovative ways to redistribute and reuse the content created within the webinar program, from on-demand webinars to blogs to PDFs and beyond.Stay on top of video and webinar trends, formats, shows, talent an expert on what's happeningThis role involves working closely with our Marketing Director, Content team, and Sales team.Other duties as assignedAbout you:Minimum 3 years professional experience in digital marketing and project managementMinimum C1 English, another European language is a plus (ex: Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian)Result-driven, sales oriented, with an eagerness to constantly increase performanceAbility to work in an agile, fast growing environment and with a start-up mindset, managing ambiguityGreat capacity to execute, manage workload, and meet deadlinesAbility to manage several projects in several countries at the same time, to work with marketing and sales teams, to meet deadlinesAbility to innovate, take actions and work autonomouslyKnowledge of email marketing tools and CRM, and an appetite for digital toolsKnowledge of Zoho Tools (CRM, Campaigns, Flow and Forms) is a plusGood verbal and written skillsNice to have:Experience in a B2B environmentExperience in a fast growing environmentGood interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in video editing would be a great advantageStart-up and scale-up experienceHiring ProcessInitial screening with Talent AcquisitionInterview with the Marketing DirectorCase study with the Marketing Director and COO and the Deputy Managing Director, plus a short meeting with our Deputy Managing DirectorOur values ??and vision:Teamwork: we have many departments, but we all work cross-function, exchanging ideas to improve the business and the consultant's lives easier.Trust: Openness and trust are essential for us to work effectively together.
