Buscamos un/a Product SpecialistEn Clarel, somos líderes en la distribución de productos de belleza, cuidado personal y del hogar. Con cerca de 1.000 tiendas en todo el territorio español, estamos en constante crecimiento y evolución.Actualmente, buscamos un/a Product Specialist, dentro de nuestro departamento de Marketing. Si te gustan los retos, quieres unirte a un proyecto ilusionante y trabajar en un inmejorable equipo... te estamos esperandoResponsabilidades:Gestión de Proyectos de Packaging: Coordinar múltiples proyectos de packaging de marca propia simultáneamente; Interactuar con interlocutores internos (Calidad y Comercial) y externos (proveedores y agencias); Asegurarse de que se cumplen los plazos y adaptarse a las prioridades cambiantes.Cumplimiento de Estrategia de Marca: Garantizar que cada marca siga la estrategia establecida.Elaboración de Briefings y Estudios de Mercado: Realizar briefings detallados para cada proyecto; Seguir de cerca las tendencias de mercado en diseño, envases y materiales.Validación de Envases y Materiales: Evaluar la idoneidad de los envases, materiales y colores para cada producto.Impresión y Validación de Pruebas: Imprimir diseños a tamaño real y montarlos en el producto; Validar pruebas de color junto con un arte finalista.RequisitosGrado/ Licenciatura en Diseño Industrial, ADE, Marketing.Capacidad de organización, análisis y proactividad.Competencias para la gestión de equipos de trabajo.Habilidades de comunicación y actitud proactiva.Capacidad de autogestión.Orientación al cliente.Deseable: Manejo de programas de diseño.Experiencia:Al menos 2 años de experiencia en las funciones detalladas en empresas con gran volumen de personal (más de mil trabajadores).Se valorará positivamente tener conocimientos Packaging, Marketing, creatividad, diseño, técnicas de impresión, materiales etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
