Responsibilities
• Lead efforts to attract high-quality paying users and potential customers• Implement effective segmentation strategies and personalized messaging for customer acquisition• Plan, set up, and manage PPC, SEM, and paid social advertising campaigns• Optimize keyword strategies, audience targeting, and ad settings for maximum ROI• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure campaign performance and effectiveness• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on key data and metrics• Develop creative ideas and innovative strategies for new performance marketing campaigns• Collaborate with the design team to create conversion-oriented landing pages• Provide clear briefings on design and content requirements to optimize conversion rate• Work on continuous improvement of key performance indicators, including CPA and conversion rates• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to identify best practices and optimization strategies
Requirements
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing• Proven track record of successful management of PPC, SEM, and paid social campaigns• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic actions• Creativity in devising innovative strategies to improve campaign performance• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams• Strong focus on achieving customer acquisition goals and optimizing KPIs• Familiarity with ad management and data analysis tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics• Advanced English proficiency
