En GXO estamos constantemente buscando talento a todos los niveles que puedan desarrollar la importancia de servicio que nuestra empresa necesita.
Actualmente estamos buscando un Site Manager, para organizar y supervisar las diferentes áreas (administración, gestión del stock y almacén), así como la gestión del presupuesto del centro. Además, tendrá que asegurarse también de la calidad del servicio y coordinará la gestión de los equipos.
¿Qué harás en el día a día?
Las funciones que realizarás son
Diseño e implementación de operaciones logísticas de alto nivel
Supervisión y optimización de procesos logísticos diseñados
Trato directo con el cliente, atendiendo y resolviendo sus necesidades e incidencias.
Mejora continua, fabricación ajustada, KPI's, 5S, control de stock
Control de presupuesto, control de costes, negociaciones
¿Qué se necesita para tener éxito en GXO?
Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
Valioso un Master en Supply Chain, Logística.
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de plataformas logísticas o similares.
Nivel alto de inglés (B2 - C1), ya que trabajarás en un entorno internacional.
Esencial usuario avanzado de Power Point, Excel
Y, sería genial que, además, tuvieras:
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
Demostrada capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar con una supervisión mínima.
Habilidad comprobada para hacer fluir relaciones positivas y fomentar el trabajo en equipo dentro del departamento y en toda la organización.
Excelente resolución de problemas, pensamiento crítico y habilidades de toma de decisiones
Capacidad para interactuar con varios niveles tanto interna como externamente.
Buenas habilidades analíticas y alta orientación al cliente
