Sobre el puesto de trabajoEn GXO estamos constantemente buscando talento a todos los niveles que puedan desarrollar la importancia de servicio que nuestra empresa necesita.Actualmente estamos buscando un Site Manager, para organizar y supervisar las diferentes áreas (administración, gestión del stock y almacén), así como la gestión del presupuesto del centro.
Además, tendrá que asegurarse también de la calidad del servicio y coordinará la gestión de los equipos.¿Qué harás en el día a día?Las funciones que realizarás son:Diseño e implementación de operaciones logísticas de alto nivel.Supervisión y optimización de procesos logísticos diseñados.Trato directo con el cliente, atendiendo y resolviendo sus necesidades e incidencias.Mejora continua, fabricación ajustada, KPI's, 5S, control de stock.Control de presupuesto, control de costes, negociaciones.¿Qué se necesita para tener éxito en GXO?Ingeniería Industrial o similar.Valioso un Master en Supply Chain, Logística.Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de plataformas logísticas o similares.Nivel alto de inglés (B2 - C1), ya que trabajarás en un entorno internacional.Esencial usuario avanzado de Power Point y Excel.Y, sería genial que, además, tuvieras:Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.Demostrada capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar con una supervisión mínima.Habilidad comprobada para hacer fluir relaciones positivas y fomentar el trabajo en equipo dentro del departamento y en toda la organización.Excelente resolución de problemas, pensamiento crítico y habilidades de toma de decisiones.Capacidad para interactuar con varios niveles tanto interna como externamente.Buenas habilidades analíticas y alta orientación al cliente.¿Qué te ofrecemos?Estabilidad laboral e incorporación a una multinacional americana en el ranking número 10 en su sector.Plan de carrera con desarrollo y formación a cargo de la empresa.Formar parte del equipo nacional de Mejora continua donde tendrás acceso a la red de Lean y colaborarás con otros almacenes.Colaboración con el equipo de innovación Europeo en la selección e implantación de nuevas tecnologías.#J-18808-Ljbffr
