.Importante multinacional con sede central en Barcelona, precisa incorporar a un/a Head of Marketing. Reportando al director general, el Head of Marketing será responsable de liderar y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con el marketing en la organización. Su misión principal será desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marketing efectivas para promover la marca y empresas. Desarrollar e implementar el plan de marketing y comunicación nacional para promover el posicionamiento de la marca/empresa. Gestionar y controlar el presupuesto de marketing nacional. Supervisar y coordinar las actividades de marketing, incluyendo: Social media, content management, campañas de social ads y SEM, SEO, eventos, ofertas, relación con medios de comunicación, partnerships e influencers, marketing automation y email/SMS marketing, branding y comunicación. Colaborar con las agencias y colaboradores externos para ejecutar el plan de medios adaptado a las necesidades locales. Analizar los hábitos de consumo del cliente objetivo, el mercado y la competencia para identificar oportunidades y desarrollar acciones diferenciales que generen impacto de marca. Definir y supervisar la ejecución de campañas de marketing en diversos canales, incluyendo medios digitales y tradicionales. Desarrollar informes mensuales de marketing y comunicación transversales basados en el rendimiento de las campañas y las ventas. Monitorear y analizar las métricas clave de marketing y tecnología de la información para evaluar el rendimiento y la efectividad de las estrategias y actividades. Utilizar herramientas de análisis y reportes para generar informes periódicos y recomendaciones para la mejora continua. Identificar oportunidades de optimización y eficiencia en los procesos y sistemas existentes. Se requiere un mínimo de cinco años de experiencia como Head of Marketing en empresas de retail o empresas en expansión. ¿Qué aptitudes son las requeridas? Creatividad: Se busca una persona con una mentalidad creativa y disruptiva, capaz de generar ideas innovadoras y atractivas para satisfacer las necesidades de la marca/empresa. Proactividad y capacidad de gestión de proyectos: Se valora la capacidad de tomar la iniciativa, asumir responsabilidades y gestionar proyectos de principio a fin, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y objetivos. Orientación al detalle: Es importante que el candidato tenga atención al detalle y sea capaz de mantener altos estándares de calidad en el diseño y la producción de materiales de marketing. Conocimientos de marketing digital: Se requiere un buen entendimiento de los conceptos y estrategias de marketing digital, incluyendo campañas pagadas (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads), SEO y Google Analytics. Habilidades de comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con otros miembros del equipo, clientes y proveedores
