Velexas B2B2X investing platform as a service caters for various business models and offers the choice from a full set of front-end channels, brokerage wealth platform and even post trading as a Service The role: Engineer in 24/5 Technical Support Team in fintech software and services. Role: L2 Technical Support Engineer Reporting line: L2 Technical Support Lead Location: Sofia (Hybrid remote) Key responsibilities: Support and maintenance of Velexa products (front-end and back-end parts of trading software and services) Work with the main support channels: Jira, Email, Slack Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity Automate routine tasks Build relevant internal documentation Requirements 1 year+ work experience in software/services/applications technical support Hands-on experience with Linux (terminal, system and applications logs, basic diagnostics) Basic knowledge in computer networks English starting from intermediate (B1) level Good communication skills Nice to have: Work experience in FinTech Basic understanding of investment and trading Basic automation skills - python and bash Work experience with Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence Benefits: Remote work Shift schedule: morning (8:00 - 17:00 GMT+3), day (12:00 - 21:00 GMT+3), afternoon (15:00 - 00:00 GMT+3) or night shifts (00:00 - 08:00 GMT+3) Monthly KPI bonuses Extra medical Insurance Educational program: reimbursement of 50% for educational courses Minimum bureaucracy and the career growth opportunities Friendly international team
