¿Te gustaría formar parte de Samsung Electronics?Si quieres desarrollarte profesionalmente en un entorno internacional de la mano de una empresa líder en su sector, esta oferta es para tiEstamos en búsqueda de un perfil de Customer Relationship Manager para colaborar en el proyecto de desarrollo del CRM y mejora en la comunicación y fidelización de clientes de diferentes cuentas pertenecientes a la empresa.Las funciones será:- Planificación, estrategia, supervisión y seguimiento de las campañas de IM CRM.- Gestión de la app de loyalty Samsung Members, así como la negociación con agencias para contenidos y recompensas.- Creación de las campañas del programa de fidelización Samsung Rewards.- Aportar insights de negocio para la retención y adquisición.Requisitos¿Qué buscamos?- Estudios Universitarios: Marketing o similar- Inglés B2- Experiencia de entre 1 y 2 años en CRM/Loyalty de compañías multinacionales- Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle¿Qué ofrecemos?¿Qué ofrecemos?- Contrato temporal de 6 meses- Salario a valorar en función de la experiencia y valía de los/las candidatos/as- Jornada flexible de 7:30 a 9:30 de entrada y los viernes jornada intensiva de 8:00 a 14:00 o de 9:00 a 15:00- 2 días de teletrabajo a la semana- Incorporación inmediata en sus oficinas de Alcobendas #J-18808-Ljbffr
