**¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?**
- Graduado de Periodismo, Comunicación, Publicidad o Relaciones Públicas con menos de tres años de haber recibido el título.
- Deseable experiência previa en prácticas en el área de** PR **en** Agencias de Comunicación.**:

- Dominio del **inglés** y el **español** (oral y escrito)
- **Competencias**:

- Alto nível de atención al detalle
- Pensamiento creativo
- Comprensión de los retos y solicitudes de los clientes
- Habilidades para realizar presentaciones
- Proactividad para el desarrollo de investigaciones y análisis de mercado
- Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión y cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados

**Responsabilidades y tareas**
- Ayudar al equipo en la gestión de cuentas de clientes y proyectos
- Aportar consejos y recomendaciones a los clientes y al equipo planteando oportunidades y acciones concretas
- Ayudar con la coordinación de conferencias de prensa y eventos
- Seguimiento de la agenda de noticias, posicionando a los clientes y su cartera de productos/servicios dentro de la narrativa de noticias más relevantes
- Investigar e identificar a periodistas, blogueros y analistas del sector
- Desarrollar y fortalecer las relaciones existentes con los medios de comunicación
- Organizar y coordinar entrevistas con los medios y conferencias de prensa
- Redactar una amplia gama de materiales escritos como biografías, documentos informativos, alertas de medios, reproducción de entrevistas, preguntas y respuestas, garantizando un nível constante de contenido de alta calidad
- Trabajar y desarrollar nuevas perspectivas o planteamientos para generar noticias interesantes
- Transmitir las nuevas solicitudes de servicio a los miembros apropiados del equipo, posicionándose como un primer punto de contacto para consultas externas
- Dar apoyo en el desarrollo profesional individual y del equipo
- Seguimiento y reporting de la actividad de los medios, incluidos informes de cobertura, recortes de prensa, participación de los medios

**Ofrecemos**:

- Contrato de Trainee (obtención de la práctica profesional) de 1 año de duración con posibilidad de pasar a indefinido.
- Formato de trabajo híbrido
- Horario: Lunes a viernes 9:00 a 18:00, viernes y meses de verano (julio y agosto) de 8:00 a 15:00
