Estamos buscando un BRAND MANAGER para el desarrollo y ejecución del Plan de Marketing estratégico de la compañía de las marcas asignadas.
Con experiencia contrastada en Gran Consumo y FMCG.
Funciones Potenciar la participación en el mercado y la notoriedad y reputación de las marcas en cada una de sus categorías.
Planificación, ejecución y seguimiento integral de los proyectos derivados del plan de marketing.
Gestión y coordinación con todos los departamentos en cada una de las fases del desarrollo de nuevos productos (I+D, Diseño, Planificación, Costes, Producción, etc.)
Plan de lanzamiento de nuevos productos: Elaboración de las presentaciones y argumentarios de nuevos productos para el equipo comercial.
Investigación y análisis de mercado, consumidor y competencia para detectar oportunidades e impulsar nuevos lanzamientos en base a las tendencias de consumo en cada una de sus categorías.
Evaluación y medición del impacto de todas y cada una de las iniciativas llevadas a cabo.
Seguimiento y análisis de las ventas por canales, clientes y portfolio de productos, en especial de los nuevos lanzamientos.
Gestión de los planes y herramientas de dinamización en el punto de venta.
Plan de carrera con empleo estable, incorporándose a un equipo multidisciplinar con importantes posibilidades de desarrollo profesional en un ambiente dinámico y motivador.
Requisitos Experiencia laboral comprobada como Brand Manager en el canal de gran consumo y FMCG, en el sector de alimentación.
Impulsar resultados y habilidades de liderazgo.
Perfil altamente creativo con capacidad de innovar.
Capacidad resolutiva y organizativa.
Habilidades analíticas y pensamiento basado en datos.
Comunicación avanzada y habilidades interpersonales.
