QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO
Como Operations Analyst en el área de Operaciones de RR.HH deberás apoyar en la transformación del área, aportando conocimiento funcional de RR.HH a la vez que destrezas técnicas que permitan mitigar el riesgo en los procesos, automatizar y optimizar los mismos.
Deberás fomentar la coordinación y la colaboración con diferentes áreas.
Tenemos dos posiciones abiertas.
Una de ellas trabajará con el proceso de evaluación de potencial global y los procesos de revisión de talento, mientras la otra colaborará con los procesos de movilidad internacional (Mundo Santander y SWAP) que tenemos a nivel grupo.
Necesitamos a alguien como tú para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y en continuo cambio, que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:
Conocer los procesos de recursos humanos, especialmente los procesos de Talento a objeto de apoyar en la implantación de nuevos proyectos Globales así como optimización de procesos cuando sea necesario y requerido.Gestión y coordinación operativa a los procesos de Talento (Talento, Desempeño, Selección, Encuesta compromiso, Valoración 360º).Realizar cruces y extracciones de datos de los sistemas para la preparación de informes.Análisis avanzado de datos de RRHH.Elaboración de análisis retrospectivos y configuración de dashboard relativos a procesos y/o proyectos.Definir y ejecutar controles sobre los procesos que sean requeridos.Consolidación de ficheros para la coordinación de cargas masivas.Participación en proyectos cross de RRHH e interacción con equipos multidisciplinares.Se valorará experiencia en gestión de proyectos y procesos. EXPERIENCIA
Una experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de datos y con experiencia en áreas de RRHH.
EDUCACIÓN
Licenciatura/Grado Universitario (ADE, Estadística, RRHH o similar)
HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS Tratamiento y análisis de información: Excel y Access avanzado.Conocimiento de los procesos de RRHH y su interrelación entre ellos.Conocimientos estadísticos medios.Conocimientos de herramientas de visualización de datos.Se valorará conocimientos de programación.Deseable: conocimientos de Workday.Deseable: conocimientos herramientas visualización datos.Deseable: programación avanzada (Visual Basic, HTML, R, Python). El puesto precisa nivel alto de inglés escrito y fluidez verbal al ser necesaria la interlocución con países en dicho idioma.
