We at Yara are part of a global network, collaborating to profitably and responsibly solve some of the world's key challenges - resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change.ResponsibilitiesRelated to HESQWork in accordance with relevant legislation, company health & safety policy, Yara safety principles, golden rules and in line with company values.With Safe by Choice in mind, consider your health and safety and that of those around you.Active participation in creation and follow up of Y4 QM notifications related to administrative mistakes affecting stock figures, usually wrong quantities confirmed by 3rd party terminals when using Transwide, monitor frequency and propose preventive actions.Other areas of responsibilities:Stock Data ManagementOperational Excellence:Proactiveness in terms of proposing better and smarter ways of performing, with special focus on stock data processing and monitoring.Participate and attend training as required and as identified in Development Plan on People Path.Close collaboration with internal & external stakeholders, specially with the European Business Service Center's departments (TM, CS, OP) and 3rd party terminals' staff.ProfileOrganized and structured mindset.
Accountable for day-to-day deadlines.Flexible approach, able to leave comfort zone when required.Good communicator, team player and flexible approach.Willingness to learn and service-oriented.Language skills: Spanish (very fluent) and English (mid to fluent)Experience with IT office tools as a must, experience with SAP nice to haveAdditional InformationIf you have further questions, kindly contact:Isabel Montero.
