Desde Walters People estamos trabajando para un Marketplace que relaciona restaurantes con proveedores de alimentación.
Se trata de una Start-Up que se encuentra en pleno crecimiento y necesita incorporar a su equipo un Acquisition Manager con experiência en gestión de equipo focalizado en la captación de nuevas cuentas.
**Funciones**:

- Objetivo: disparar el crecimiento de las carteras de negocio y clientes.
- Liderar el equipo de Account Managers con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos y KPI's definidos por negocio.
- Analizar métricas, identificar oportunidades, definir y ejecutar procesos.
- Reportar de manera semanal las métricas clave del equipo al Head of Sales.
- Realizar visitas de acompañamiento a tu equipo.
- Gestionar clientes potenciales que tengan un alto impacto en el negocio.
- Asumir la carga administrativa del puesto y del departamento.
- Analizar las variables que afecten al mercado y a la actividad, detectando áreas de mejora y crecimiento para el departamento comercial.
**Requisitos**:

- Experiência demostrable gestionando equipos en áreas comerciales.
- Perfil hunter.
- Experiência previa en captación de nuevas cuentas.
- Capacidad analítica.
- Gran orientación al cliente.
- Habilidades comunicativas y asertividad.
- Alto nível de Excel.
- Se valora experiência previa en Start-Up del sector alimentación.
