Each boutique symbolizes a window that, from Solomeo, opens onto the world and simultaneously embraces a glance towards the reality that we attend to daily, a healthy lifestyle led according to the rhythm of nature.Corresponding to a key figure within this philosophy, the Sales Associate assumes the responsibility to personally represent it in front of our customers and is concurrently responsible for presenting the philosophy in relation to the profound work which occurs from Solomeo all the way to the boutique.The quality we aim to offer resides, first of all, in daily attention to personal appearance within the store, with a style that meets the standards of casual elegance and signature luxury of the brand.
Furthermore, appearance signifies a polite, helpful disposition and attentiveness to both customers and colleagues: group work is carried out within the boutique which, under the coordination of the Store Manager, follows all necessary activities to provide customers with an experience of excellence.The elements needed to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, aesthetics, and philosophy are provided each season, enabling the Sales Associate to competently guide the customer through the collection, fitting, and selection process.
It is essential to adhere to a sales service that makes our store experience unique and demonstrates the special attention from collection creation to final presentation.Managing the working environment includes maintaining appearance in the boutique, fostering relationships with customers, conducting sales transactions, and managing visual displays—both within the store and in window displays, including daily placements and periodic dressings and amendments.
Additionally, managing involves organized administration of the warehouse and inventory, ensuring supply and availability adhere to clear, orderly criteria, supporting effective communication with customers and the company.PROFILEFor the role of Sales Associate, we seek a candidate who combines professional expertise and enthusiasm with courteous and helpful communication skills.
The candidate should be able to illustrate the signature quality of the workmanship and materials, guiding clients through the brand's style and seasonal proposals while maintaining discretion in line with the company's philosophy.Successful applicants must have up to 3 years of retail experience, fluent proficiency in Spanish and English, and knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.
It is essential that candidates demonstrate willingness, versatility, and passion when interacting with customers from around the world, and stay informed of current standards and trends in fashion.
