Da Luxe Talent, società di consulenza internazionale di reclutamento e formazione specializzata in moda, lusso, retail e FMCG, stiamo cercando la figura di Leasing Manager per la gestione immobiliare di una nota compagnia internazionale, operante nel settore del retail, basata a Fidenza.Nella nostra agenzia di consulenza per il reclutamento e formazione lavoriamo con diverse aziende dei settori Luxury, Premium e High Premium in tutta Europa e abbiamo uffici a Barcellona, Madrid, Parigi, Milano e Monaco.RESPONSABILITÁ DEL RUOLO: Vendere e negoziare i termini finanziari, commerciali e contrattuali per finalizzare gli accordi con i marchi strategicamente identificati.Gestire tutte le attività quotidiane di leasing assicurandosi che siano ben definite secondo la tempistica e integrate con le attività e le priorità aziendali.Supportare il leasing director nella gestione di budgets annuali e contribuire alle diverse strategie per l'acquisizione di nuovi clienti.Collaborare con il dipartimento retail per determinare e monitorare la performance dei brands.Coordinare e gestire le negoziazioni commerciali, al fine di ottenere nuovi contratti.Partecipare alle chiamate di commercializzazione o alle riunioni dei marchi quando necessario, assicurando che le azioni di follow-up siano chiaramente trasmesse alle parti interessate.Creare e contribuire a presentazioni convincenti allo scopo di vendere e promuovere il brand.REQUISITI DEL RUOLO: Solida conoscenza del settore immobiliare con competenze specifiche sui mercati della vendita al dettaglio e conoscenza approfondita del settore della moda o del Food & Beverage.Solida esperienza locale e/o internazionale nello sviluppo immobiliare o nello sviluppo di nuovi negozi o marchi.Un interesse genuino e una comprensione approfondita della moda di lusso e dei marchi di alto livello, nonché delle nuove tendenze del settore F&B.#J-18808-Ljbffr
