.Desde About your talent, estamos colaborando en la búsqueda de un/a Brand Manager para nuestro cliente, unaimportante compañía del sector retail en fase de expansión nacional e internacional.Misión del puesto:El/la Brand Manager desempeña un papel fundamental en la estrategia de marketing y la gestión de la marca de la empresa en el sector minorista de servicios y productos. Su objetivo principal es desarrollar y mantener una identidad de marca sólida y coherente que resuene con los clientes y diferencie a la empresa de la competencia.Funciones y responsabilidades:Desarrollo Estratégico de Marca:Definir la estrategia de marca de la empresa, incluyendo la identificación de los valores fundamentales de la marca, la propuesta de valor y la personalidad de la marca.Colaborar con otros equipos, como marketing, ventas y desarrollo de productos, para asegurar la coherencia de la marca en todos los puntos de contacto con el cliente.Gestión de Productos y Servicios:Supervisar el desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos y servicios, asegurando que estén alineados con la estrategia de marca.Realizar análisis de mercado para identificar oportunidades de productos y servicios que fortalezcan la posición de la marca en el mercado.Marketing y Comunicaciones:Crear y ejecutar campañas de marketing y comunicaciones que aumenten la conciencia y el compromiso con la marca.Crear y ejecutar campañas de marketing para la generación de negocio.Trabajar con proveedores para conseguir un mix de medios adecuado para alcanzar la notoriedad, el impacto y la difusión que alineada con los objetivos de negocio.Supervisar la creación de contenido de marca, incluyendo publicidad, materiales de ventas, contenido en redes sociales y contenido en línea.Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes:Monitorear la percepción de la marca entre los clientes y gestionar la reputación de la marca.Recopilar y analizar datos sobre la satisfacción del cliente y la lealtad a la marca para identificar áreas de mejora.Colaboración con Socios y Proveedores:Establecer y mantener relaciones con socios estratégicos y proveedores externos, como agencias de publicidad y proveedores de servicios de marketing.Negociar contratos y acuerdos con proveedores para maximizar el retorno de la inversión en actividades de marca.Redacción de briefs y establecer sistemática con los proveedores que permitan una correcta y ágil gestión de los recursos.Planificar y anticipar las campañas y acciones a implementar.Análisis y Reporte de Resultados:Medir y analizar el rendimiento de las actividades de marca, utilizando métricas clave como el reconocimiento de marca, la participación en el mercado y el retorno de la inversión en marketing.Preparar informes periódicos para la alta dirección, destacando los logros y las áreas de mejora en la estrategia de marca
