By joining our office in Madrid (Alcobendas), Spain, you will become part of our Global Sales Europe Team
With commercial responsibility and title Finance Director reporting to VP Finance Europe, you will be responsible for the Iberia region, acting as managing director or authorized signatory with continuous presence in the Madrid office.
With the management responsibility of 3 employees in Iberia, and collaborating closely with Shared Services Centers, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth cooperation in the region, daily interacting with senior leadership.Applications are welcome
Please note we follow a process of continuous selection and will close the vacancy as soon as we find the right candidate, so do not delay submitting the application.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Coordinating the most important departments: Tax, FP&A; , Controlling, Administration, Fleet, Shared Service Accounting (Spanish statutory accounting and US GAAP), Reporting (internal and external)Preparation of monthly financial documents, budget and presentations for European managementMonitoring of controlling with regard to the income statement, working capital and investment planningStrategic alignment of companies, merging and optimization of companiesResponsibility for internal and external audits, taxesCompliance with and updating of US GAAP Accounting Standards and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), as well as Spanish statutory requirementsParticipation in the continuous improvement of processes with the Shared Service Center Accounting Integration in Cluj, RomaniaSupporting and partnering with the Iberian General Manager, sales directors, and other important business partnersWho You Are:You are a positive person who believes collaboration is the key to success.
