What We're Looking For A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior Food and Beverage Management Role in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with Fluency in English and Spanish, leveraging strong verbal and written skills.Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in Full Compliance with local regulations.Strong commitment to driving exceptional 'FIVE-Star' Food and Beverage Experiences, with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs effectively.Exceptional skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.Next-Level Organisational and Supervisory skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.A strong understanding of Industry Regulations is beneficial.A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a 'Can-Do' Spirit.Key Responsibilities Spearheads and manages all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations, ensuring Seamless Execution and Unparalleled Service.Plans, directs, and monitors Services and 'FIVE-Star' Food and Beverage Standards across all Venues and Kitchens, ensuring Managers take Corrective Actions as necessary in Adherence to FIVE's Policies and Industry-Leading standards.Ensures all Food and Beverage 'FIVERs' embody FIVE's Impeccable Grooming Standards and Enforces hygiene standards to uphold a 'FIVE-Styled' image.Oversees the Training and Development of the FIVE Tribe, fostering a Culture of Continuous Improvement and Excellence.Inspires and drives the Food and Beverage Team to Elevate individual performance through Bespoke Coaching while Crafting Development and Succession plans for 'FIVERs.'Champions Collaboration and Innovation, ensuring the Food and Beverage Team remains Motivated and Aligned with FIVE's Award-Winning standards.Plans and implements Visionary Food and Beverage-related Programmes, Policies, and Procedures to ensure FIVE's World-class standards are Consistently met.Monitors the Profitability of all Food and Beverage concepts, providing Solutions to Enhance Performance and implementing Corrective measures as needed.Contributes to the budget preparation and Monitors the financial performance of Food and Beverage concepts, Identifying areas of Unsatisfactory Performance and Capitalising on potential Improvement Opportunities.Is accountable for the Full Profit and Loss of all Food and Beverage operations, ensuring Financial Targets are Met and Exceeded.Maintains stability in Service Delivery across all existing operations, upholding the Highest Standards of Service Excellence while controlling Operating Expenses.Monitors the Activities and Trends of competitor hotels, restaurants, and bars, Identifying and Acting on Opportunities to Modernise equipment, service methods, and product presentation.Collaborates with the Executive Chefs on Menu Engineering and Portion Control, ensuring the Highest Food Standards are achieved while Optimising pricing.Continuously enhances Guest Satisfaction by refining Service Methods and Product Presentation, maintaining a Competitive advantage and delivering an Exquisite guest experience.Executes all assignments and instructions delegated by the Higher Management of FIVE, ensuring that all Policies, Procedures, and Standards are adhered to implicitly.Liaises with various Departments to ensure Cohesive and Efficient Operations, contributing to FIVE's overall Success and Reputation.The Team 'FIVERs' are Cultured yet Chic, Confident yet Self-Effacing, and Work Hard to Play even Harder.
