Business Continuity ManagerJob Title: Business Continuity ManagerSummary:As the Business Continuity Manager, you will lead continuity planning, disaster recovery, and crisis management efforts for Outpayce, working closely with Amadeus Group's resilience initiatives.
Based in the Risk and Compliance team, this role will ensure business continuity aligns with all legal, regulatory, and policy requirements while addressing emerging risks.
Collaborating across business units, you will establish robust methodologies for resilience and contribute to the Amadeus Organizational Resilience Community.In this role you will:Implement and maintain Outpayce's Business Continuity Management processes, encompassing Business Impact Analysis and the development of continuity and disaster recovery strategies.Partner with other areas to design and test continuity plans that address major disruptions, including facility or technology failures.Ensure IT's readiness to implement continuity measures, validated through regular disaster recovery testing.Attend relevant planning sessions, resolve issues promptly, and provide comprehensive documentation and training on business continuity protocols to stakeholders.Integrate new regulatory requirements into continuity practices to remain compliant and proactive.Align with the Amadeus Business Resilience Office to synchronize Outpayce's business continuity program with the broader Amadeus framework.Support enhancements to resilience planning, including forecasting, tracking, and evaluations, with recommendations for improvement.Assist in corporate risk management activities, from methodology development to assessments and reporting.Ideal Candidate Profile:Degree in Engineering or a related field, with a Business Continuity Certification (e.g., BCI, BSI, or DRI).At least 8 years in business continuity or risk management, preferably within the Spanish financial services or payments sector.Strong IT knowledge and familiarity with BCI Good Practice Guidelines and ISO 22301.Autonomous, proactive, and skilled at initiating and managing resilience projects independently within a multinational environment.What we can offer you:A complete rewards offer - Amadeus provides attractive remuneration packages, covering all essential components of a competitive reward offer, including bonus, equity, pension plan, travel, life and healthcare insurance, as well as lunch and transport allowance and other benefits.A truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.Great opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.A caring environment - Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
