Como analista, desempeñará un papel importante en la originación, estructuración y ejecución de soluciones financieras transformadoras para clientes en los dinámicos sectores de TMT y atención médica.Serás miembro de un equipo exitoso, altamente motivado y orientado a resultados. El equipo global del sector TMT & Healthcare está formado por 80+ profesionales dedicados ubicados en Nueva York, Ámsterdam, Frankfurt, Madrid y Singapur.Sus principales responsabilidades:Ayudar a construir relaciones con los clientes y mantener un diálogo continuo con los líderes de la industria y los participantes del sector.Mantener contactos activos con otros departamentos/disciplinas dentro de ING.Apoyar activamente la generación de acuerdos mediante la preparación de análisis sectoriales, presentaciones y libros de presentación.Asistencia en la estructuración y negociación de transacciones en las que ING actúa como organizador principal.Salvaguardar la ejecución fluida y de alta calidad de las transacciones.Entrega de modelos financieros complejos, análisis de crédito, perfiles de calificación y análisis de grupos de pares.Evaluación y revisión de la due diligence de clientes en un sector dinámico.Asistencia en la negociación de la documentación de transacciones con nuestros clientes.Participación activa en la sindicación o coordinación de transacciones.Realizar actividades de gestión de cartera, como el procesamiento de revisiones de crédito, exenciones y enmiendas.Buscamos un profesional proactivo con un fuerte impulso personal, experiencia internacional y que busque oportunidades por iniciativa propia. Tiene la capacidad de operar en un entorno muy exigente, de lidiar con la presión y de rendir en plazos ajustados. Tiene un fuerte impulso comercial y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.Ambicioso profesional internacional con un máster con notas académicas superiores a la media.De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en el sector financiero en un entorno internacional impulsado por transacciones
