However, not exclusively. This company is expanding not only in the islands, but both nationally and internationally across different regions and sectors, so the role is really fun and the more diversified experience the final candidate has about tour operations (including urban, and not exclusively the islands regions), the better.So, if what you're reading so far is something that you're good at, you want to be a crucial asset in the tour operations market for a rapidly growing hospitality group, and you're looking for a job based in the Canary Islands, keep reading WHAT WILL THIS GROUP EXPECT FROM YOU WHEN YOU JOIN?We are looking for a very active, commercial role, with the ability to develop contacts autonomously inside different tour operators (as we said, mainly in the Canary Islands, and in the holidays segment,
but not exclusively). Therefore, once you join this company, and reporting directly to the Director of Sales of the group, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in the tour operations market for the company.
- Cultivate and implement strong relationships with key tour operators, ensuring successful negotiation and closing mainly vacation packages.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact through to agreement, with a focus on maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the vacation market, with a particular focus on the Canary Islands.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, results, and market conditions for the TT.OO. segment.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance our presence and brand recognition
