Descripción de la oferta Reportando directamente al Responsable de Zona, serás el encargado de la gestión operativa de las plantas de hormigón ubicadas en Constantí (Tarragona) y Cubelles. Te encargarás de dirigir al equipo humano del centro productivo garantizando el cumplimiento las políticas de calidad, prevención, mantenimiento y medio ambiente de Promsa. - Garantizar el correcto servicio de los productos en puntualidad y calidad, según planning y requerimientos de las distintas obras y en coordinación con los Sales Managers de la zona. - Responder de la cuenta de resultados de la planta, analizando las posibles desviaciones y estableciendo las medidas correctoras necesarias, para garantizar la rentabilidad de la planta y el cumplimiento de los presupuestos. - Velar por el cumplimiento de las medidas de PRL. - Asegurar el cumpliendo estricto de la política medioambiental de Promsa. - Herramientas informáticas: Office, Oracle. - Se valorará experiencia previa de unos dos años en una posición similar, aunque no es un requisito excluible. - Habilidades: La persona candidata a la posición deberá tener un alto nivel de responsabilidad, relaciones sociales y comunicativas. Deberá también ser empática, proactiva y con orientación a resultados, acostumbrada a trabajar con planificación y organización, además de tener visión estratégica y capacidad analítica.#J-18808-Ljbffr
