¿Qué HARÁS?
Evaluarás y analizarás los registros de eventos (logs) para descubrir cómo se ejecutan realmente los procesos dentro de la organización.
Crearás visualizaciones para entender cómo se ejecutan los procesos en la realidad.
Crearás modelos de procesos basados en los datos extraídos.
Utilizarás herramientas de process mining para generar representaciones visuales de los procesos.
Identificarás cuellos de botella, ineficiencias, áreas de mejora y desviaciones y propondrás soluciones para corregirlos.
Sugerirás cambios en los procesos para optimizar el rendimiento y cumplir con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.
Ayudarás a diseñar procesos más eficientes y efectivos.
Realizarás comprobaciones de conformidad para asegurar que los procesos se alinean con las normas y regulaciones establecidas.
Participarás en la implementación de cambios y mejoras en los procesos.
Monitorizarás el impacto de las mejoras implementadas y ajustar según sea necesario.
Colaborarás con equipos de negocio para interpretar los datos y proponer mejoras basadas en los insights obtenidos.
Realizarás informes y presentaciones para comunicar hallazgos y recomendaciones a los stakeholders.
¿Qué ESPERAMOS DE TI, sí o sí?
A NIVEL TÉCNICO: Que seas Licenciado en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
Tengas experiencia como process consultant de al menos 5 años, incluyendo técnicas como descubrimiento de procesos, conformance checking y mejora de procesos.
Experiencia de al menos 2 años utilizando herramientas para analizar el negocio (como Celonis, IBM, Apromore, Mindzie, QPR, etc.).
Experiencia en análisis de procesos: recolección de datos, modelado e identificación de problemas.
Entender cómo integrar diferentes sistemas y flujos de datos para obtener una visión completa del proceso.
Habilidad para crear visualizaciones que faciliten la comprensión de los procesos y sus ineficiencias.
Conocimiento de los principales algoritmos de process mining, el descubrimiento de procesos basado en huellas y el algoritmo de minería de conformidad (conformance checking).
Que estés familiarizado con sistemas ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) y otros sistemas de información relevantes.
Que cuentes con experiencia colaborando con los equipos de negocio para implementar las mejoras.
