.We are looking for a Cyber & Digital Security - Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to be part of our IT Security and Compliance team :Position Snapshot:Location: Barcelona, SpainType of Contract: PermanentStream: IT Security & ComplianceType of work: HybridWork Language: Fluent Business EnglishThe role:In order to strengthen our IT Security and Compliance team, Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is currently looking for a Cyber & Digital Security - IAM Specialist .In this position, under the supervision and guidance of the IAM Product Manager, the Cyber & Digital Security - IAM Specialist will bring support in the design and implementation of security products, platforms and solutions designed to mitigate IT risks across Nestlé Group and ensure that information assets are adequately protected in a Hybrid and Cloud environment.What you'll do:Support and collaborate in the development, maintainance and definition of security policies, standards and guidelines, and oversee training and dissemination of security policies and practices around Authentication, Multifactor Authenitication, Single Sign on, Conditional Access, as other security practices and server.Support and influence the technical activity (design, build, testing) in projects and initiatives (e.G.: perform preliminary studies, technical specifications).Provide guidance, directions and, if needed, technical support to product teams, mentoring and sharing technology knowledge with the teams (always minding a balance between security and user experience).Work with IS/IT Innovation managers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, Business Analysts and other Security workstreams as required to ensure any solution within their specific specialism fits with strategic and technical direction.We offer you:We offer more than just a job.
