Ensure the sustainable administration of existing programmes.Revamp and scale Global Mobility programmes, operations and compliance, particularly in light of the increase of globally distributed roles, cross-border workers and international remote workers.Re-evaluate our Long-term-Incentive scheme to be competitive with the market and reflect Ferrings focus on long-term sustainability.Support the establishment of Executive Compensation & Benefits
