The main office is in Barcelona and operates with 2000+ dedicated professionals that empower people to discover all the emotions of sound. We are currently looking for dynamic, motivated and results-driven professionals to join our Marketing team as CRM Specialist, located at our Spanish headquarters in Barcelona (C. de Pere IV, 160 - 08005).The Marketing, Technology and Innovation team plays a critical role in driving overall Country's strategy and performance, developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our brand presence, manage media channels effectively, optimize customer experiences, and maintain customer relationship-focused strategies along the whole lifecycle.Main responsibilities:Identify market trends and consumer preferences, performs research and analyses with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape our marketing strategyEngages in the definition and execution of marketing plans and actions to reach our relevant target through marketing channelsDesigns and delivers personalized marketing campaign including: Communication and offer personalization definition, optimization of contact channels and contact frequency, Campaign design and sharing, Overall DB coverage and contact ROI maximizationDefines and develops loyalty & partnerships opportunities and initiativesthrough different programs, defining the proper objectives, targets and business casesEnsures all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, being accountable for project management and interactions with all key relevant players in the value chain (incl. agencies, partners, suppliers), and for the achievement of target objectivesMonitors and analyses, in collaboration with CRM analysts, marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goalsContributes to the definition of marketing investments allocation, assesses the related return of investment, and makes recommendations for global improvements, simulating the economic impact Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer journey and satisfactionCollaborate with customer support and sales teams to address customer feedback and improve the overall experienceTechnical skills:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience in Marketing with particular focus on CRM / Loyalty / PartnershipsKnowledge of marketing mix landscape, functioning and dynamics of key channels (digital and non-digital), core KPIs, processes and toolsKnowledge of dynamics to develop marketing strategies based on customer insight, and generate business through marketing activities across the whole customer lifecycle (acquisition of new customers, nurturing, loyalty, upsell, winback, …)Solid analytical skills and ability to extract key insights to drive business decisions, strong attitude for KPI monitoringExcellent communication skills in Spanish and EnglishProficiency in Office (in particular Excel, Powerpoint, Word)Soft skills:Customer understanding and customer orientationPerformance and goal-orientation, strong accountability on results Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environmentAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationshipsAmplifon is working on boosting a Winning Culture that will lead our employees towards the future, starting from the improvement of our Winning Workplace.
