Interviewing and Assessment : Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of potential candidates to ensure they meet the clients' requirements and cultural fit.

Consultative Sales : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic advice on talent acquisition and market insights.

Network Building : Develop and maintain a robust network of hospitality professionals and industry contacts.Qualifications : Language Skills : Fluent in both English and Spanish (essential).
