Descripción de la ofertaEn Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Senior Project Engineer para formar parte de la División de Arquitectura basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona.
Funciones: Desarrollo de Due Diligence técnicas y auditoría de instalaciones sobre edificios existentes.Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones mecánicas, eléctricas y señales débiles.Diseño en DWG, Revit Mep de instalaciones mecánicas, eléctricas y señales débiles.Cálculo de instalaciones mecánicas, eléctricas y señales débiles.Elaboración de estado de mediciones y de presupuestos de referencia.Elaboración de informes técnicos de estado de edificios.Proyectos de licencias de actividades.Conocimiento y/o soporte en sostenibilidad en la redacción y documentación para procesos de certificaciones LEED, BREEAM o WELL.Dirección de obra de instalaciones.Requisitos: Graduado/a en Ingeniería Industrial / Ingeniería Técnica Industrial.Experiencia mínima de 3 años realizando funciones similares.Nivel alto de Inglés y Catalán.Conocimientos necesarios: Hoja de cálculos de instalaciones eléctricas, señales débiles y mecánicas. Autocad architecture, Photoshop, CYPE, Revit /BIM Mep, Paquete Office.Conocimiento y experiencia en proyectos con certificaciones de sostenibilidad (LEED, BREEAM y Well).Persona analítica y rigurosa, orientada al cliente y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
