.At Robert Walters, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for a technology firm at the epicenter of innovation in Adtech and Martech. The company provides location intelligence marketing and advertising solutions in 10 markets across Europe, Africa, North America, and South America. Global media agencies and large to mid-market brands leverage Company's Sonata technology in over 80 markets for market intelligence and digital advertising solutions. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the successful launch and communication of our products to the market. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product and Business Solutions departments to understand market needs, analyze product features, and create documentation for commercial purposes. The Product Marketing Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy for new products and features. Responsibilities: Market Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products, focusing on market segmentation, positioning, and competitive differentiation. Product Positioning: Craft compelling product narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiences, highlighting key features and benefits. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to align product development with market demands and customer feedback. Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer insights and market trends to inform product enhancements and marketing initiatives. Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing. Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on key metrics. Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, building relationships with stakeholders and enhancing brand visibility. Mentorship: Guide and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced Level of oral and written communication in English and ideally Spanish. 4+ years of experience in product marketing in the Adtech or Martech industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions. Proven track record of launching successful products and features in the Adtech industry. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
