Offer Description We offer one position for a Post-doc researcher in electronic sensor technology.
The core idea of the project is the development of gas sensors based on photosensitive materials integrated with micro-LED technology, suitable for remote environmental monitoring and autonomous operation (energy harvesting, wireless communications). The development combines semiconductor microtechnology (GaN-based LEDs and photodiodes), sensor material processing (metal oxides, colorimetric inks), and accurate device testing.
The person will be dedicated to:
Development of colorimetric inks compatible with the microtechnology.
Integration of different photosensitive materials with micro devices.
Electronic testing of devices and gas sensor validation.
Integration of devices in IoT systems.
Deep knowledge of gas sensor technologies and gas sensor device testing is required, as well as demonstrated experience in basic clean room processing.
