Offer Description We offer one position for a Post-doc researcher in electronic sensor technology.
The core idea of the project is the development of ultra-low power gas sensors based on micro-LED technology, suitable for remote environmental monitoring and autonomous operation (energy harvesting, wireless communications). The development combines semiconductor microtechnology (GaN-based LEDs and photodiodes), sensor material processing (metal oxides, colorimetric inks) and accurate device testing.
The person will be dedicated to:
Device fabrication and packaging
Integration of sensing materials with micro devices
Electronic test of devices and gas sensor validation
Integration of devices in IoT systems
Deep knowledge of gas sensor technologies and gas sensor device testing is required, as well as demonstrated experience in basic clean room processing.
