Dein Hauptaugenmerk liegt dabei auf dem Vertragsmanagement für das WEA-Paket in einem unserer Offshore-Projekte.
Deine Zukunftspläne: Vertragsmanagement von hochwertigen, komplexen Verträgen, um sicherzustellen, dass die vertraglichen Leistungen während der Bauphase erfüllt werden;Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den PM- und Package-Teams; Beratung zu vertraglichen und kommerziellen Fragen, Identifizierung von Risiken und Minimierung der Auswirkungen auf das Projekt.Je nach Projektkonstellation Übernahme der Rolle des Single Point of Contact (SPOC), um die Koordination zwischen CM- und PM-Teams mit regelmäßigen Treffen während der Bauphase sicherzustellen.Zentrale Anlaufstelle für den Auftragnehmer in allen vertraglichen und kommerziellen Angelegenheiten, Leitung der entsprechenden Sitzungen.Verantwortlich für die Abfassung von Mitteilungen des Auftraggebers und Beantwortung der Korrespondenz des Auftragnehmers;Änderungsmanagement (Änderungsanordnungen) einschließlich Kostenbewertung/-kontrolle.Forderungsmanagement, einschließlich der Erstellung, Begründung und Verhandlung von Forderungen und Kostenschätzungen.Behandlung vertraglicher und kommerzieller Fragen, wenn sie auftauchen, wie z. B. Änderungen und Vergleiche zum Hauptvertrag. Solide Erfahrung in Vertragsverhandlungen.Koordinierung aller kaufmännischen Vorgänge für das jeweilige Paket, z. B. Bearbeitung von Zahlungsanträgen, Kostenprognosen und kaufmännische Berichterstattung für das Projekt.Übernahme von Beschaffungsaufgaben für das jeweilige Paket während der Bauphase, z. B. Beschaffung zusätzlicher Ausrüstung/Werkzeuge/Arbeitsumfang für das Paket, effektive Nutzung von SAP. Solide Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen/RFQ. Dein Profil: Hochschulabschluss in einem technischen Fachbereich, vorzugsweise mit ingenieurwissenschaftlichem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund.Mindestens 10-15 Jahre Erfahrung in Kraftwerksprojekten. Erfahrung auf dem Offshore-Markt ist von Vorteil.Erfahrung im Entwurf, in der Verhandlung und im Management von hochwertigen und risikoreichen Bauprojektverträgen/Forderungen.Gute Kenntnisse von SAP und MS Office.Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf international zu reisen; Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen im Bauprozess.Interkulturelles Verständnis.
