Siguiendo a la filosofía, políticas, procedimientos y estándares de calidad de Meliá Hotels International, serás el responsable de generar nuevas ventas del producto Circle como asesor vacacional dinámico y flexible en cada uno de sus Tours. Con atención y esmero explicarás toda la información que fuere necesaria sobre el producto CIRCLE, presentando sus atributos, beneficios y ventajas, garantizando en cada presentación que representa los estándares de Calidad, credibilidad y coherencia de MHI. Además, realizarás la gestión del cierre en el proceso de venta generando nuevos negocios, eliminando objeciones y realizando lógica financiera al cliente.
Funciones del Puesto: Asistir a la reunión de ventas de cada mañanaMantener la producción, volumen y porcentaje de cierre requeridos para su puestoManejar los sistemas y herramientas disponibles para el proceso de ventasParticipar de las actividades y/o eventos promocionales implementadas por la empresa con fines de ventasConocer beneficios y características del producto/servicio para su correcta explicaciónDetectar necesidades del cliente para el asesoramiento correcto en el uso del productoGenerar la necesidad de compra en el clienteMantener una comunicación fluida y continua con sus clientes, basada en la confianza y la calidad del servicio entregadoOfrecer atención y servicio al cliente durante la presentación y posterior al contacto en caso que fuere necesarioResponsable del seguimiento de sus clientes post-ventas durante su estadíaManejo adecuado de los procesos de ventas para trabajar de manera más eficiente y ordenada frente al clienteRealizar otras tareas inherentes a su puesto asignada por su superior inmediatoEn caso de cerrar negocio, ocuparse de requerimientos de documentación (MeliaRewards, condiciones especiales, etc.)Requisitos Mínimos: 2/3 años de experiencia en posiciones similaresGrado en administración de empresas, negocios internacionales, economía, marketing o similarInglés muy alto, otro idioma será altamente valoradoBuenas competencias de comunicación y relaciones públicas, negociación, orientación al clienteConocimientos del paquete OfficeExperiencia previa en actividades promocionalesEn Meliá todos somos VIP Grandes profesionales que hacen el día a día más fácil y excepcional.
