Responsabilidades:Planificar y ejecutar content strategies orientadas al crecimiento y rendimiento.Colaborar en campañas de Google Ads y Meta Ads, optimizando el ROI.Analizar métricas con Zoho Analytics y ajustar estrategias en función de resultados reales.Participar en la internacionalización de proyectos usando enfoques como performance marketing e inbound marketing.Qué aprenderás:Gestionar campañas con presupuestos reales y optimizarlas para obtener resultados concretos.Transformar un modelo tradicional en un 100% digital business.Utilizar herramientas avanzadas como Zoho Analytics, CRM, Slack, Google Suite, y más.Colaborar en un entorno ágil y global, con métricas claras que permiten ver el impacto real de tu trabajo.Estamos buscando:Ubicación: Palafolls, Barcelona, o poblaciones cercanas a la ubicación.Una persona autodidacta, ágil y con gran capacidad para escalar proyectos, más que solo dominar herramientas.Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender cada día en un entorno dinámico.Convenio de prácticas con universidad o escuela de negocios.Ofrecemos:Modalidad de trabajo híbrida, presencial en Palafolls con 1 día de teletrabajo a la semana.Mentoría directa de expertos en marketing digital.Experiencia real con métricas y presupuestos contrastables.Flexibilidad horaria y posibilidad de contrato tras las prácticas.Al finalizar, recibirás dos recomendaciones personalizadas en LinkedIn de tus supervisores, para potenciar tu perfil.Si eres proactivo, tienes ganas de aprender y crecer, te queremos en nuestro equipo
