We are seeking a LEAN AGILE COACH to join our Group Technology and Operations Lean Agile Center of Excellence. Do you have a passion for improving ways of working? As part of the GTO Capability Building team, we are revolutionizing the way in which GTO delivers for Zurich and its Customers through the development of key cross-functional capabilities. You will be key in moving the organization to more efficient, customer-centric, product-focused, and agile ways of working.
Your role
As a Lean Agile Coach, your main responsibilities will involve:
Clearly articulate the value of LEAN across all parts of the business.
Act as a role model and identify opportunities for Lean and Business Improvement.
Assist in determining learning objectives and identifying metrics to improve understanding and maturity of LEAN methodologies.
Train practitioners, leaders, and teams on LEAN mindsets, tools, and processes, challenging the status quo to define a brighter future.
Partner with Business Leaders and Process Owners to identify improvement opportunities of all sizes and complexities, leaving no stone unturned.
Guide and coach individuals and teams on how to use LEAN to deliver value to customers and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other team members to hack together new approaches that live at the intersection of multiple disciplines (e.g., Agile and LEAN).
Your Skills and Experience
As a Lean Agile Coach, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Deep knowledge of LEAN and mastery of its supporting tools.
Understanding of how LEAN can complement Agile Ways of Working and product development.
Proactive with great attention to detail.
Ability to think laterally, analytically, and quickly.
'Here to help' attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we're better together.
Passionate about LEAN.
Passionate about trying new things rather than focusing on best practices and inspiring others to do the same.
Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
