Working at Amcor means you will have a unique opportunity to be a part of an organization that is committed to innovating and driving new solutions to create more sustainable packaging solutions.Remote positionMarketing Communications ManagerThe Marketing Communications Manager will create high-quality communication campaigns to present Amcor externally. She/he will gather and organize content from various people and sources, help develop clear messaging, determine campaign approach and tactics, and ensure delivery on-time and in-budget. He/she will also manage team members and external agencies on a project basis.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Segment Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams to create clear, compelling presentations of our capabilities, programs & services, and products.Plan and manage a pipeline of projects of at least 6 months in advance.Gather content from various people and sources, develop communication messages, perform some copywriting, give clear briefings to graphic designers and external agencies, and ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery.Research channels and tactics to make recommendations for how to best reach our target audience.Types of projects may include: content marketing strategy for key topics, social media campaigns, digital marketing, email campaigns, whitepapers, e-books, advertorials, website pages on amcor.com, landing pages for campaigns, customer webinars, product catalogues and literature, tradeshows and conferences, customer events, supporting speaking engagements for Amcor experts, developing PowerPoint presentations, as well as other activities that fall within the Marketing Communication team.Responsible for delivery of projects on-time and in-budget.Maintain Amcor brand consistency across all communication projects.Report KPIs for projects/campaigns and make recommendations on improving marketing return on investment.Qualifications:6+ years communications and/or marketing experience with demonstrated success.Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to work with clients on the briefing/debriefing process and translate the briefing into clear needs and key messages.Strong storytelling skills and the ability to organize complex information into clear communications.Excellent copywriting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Good eye for design and an understanding of how to bring design and content together.Able to adopt a positive attitude and apply creative problem solving.Experience in using social media tools, applying SEO principles, and planning digital marketing campaigns.Experience using marketing automation tools such as Marketo or HubSpot is a plus.Team attitude and ability to collaborate with graphic designers, writers, and other team members.Ability to work within a diverse team and international work environment.Ability to collaborate and form working relationships without face-to-face interactions.Desire to learn new skills on the job.Amcor is a global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging solutions for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, home and personal-care, and other products.
