Job Title: Sales Manager Age Requirement: 25-40 Primary Responsibility: Achieving performance targets for motorcycles, spare parts, service, accessories, and credit.
This involves planning sales programs for the sales area, developing and maintaining sales agents, supervising branch personnel, overseeing collection and credit investigation activities, and managing service and spare parts.
Key Result Areas: Ensuring complete and competent manpower complement.
Achieving HIP, COD, service and spare parts sales, and repeat sales targets.
Achieving credit and collection targets.
Monitoring and maintaining all inventory and company assets.
Supervising and motivating all staff under supervision.
Tasks: Review and recommendation of all CIRs.
Monitoring account aging.
Monitoring and development of sales agents.
Effective training and supervision of all branch personnel.
Planning and monitoring daily itinerary of collector and marketing assistant.
Regular review of store operational funds and usage of funds.
Review of encoding work of store data controller.
Regular physical count of inventory and assets tallying with records.
All other tasks assigned by the superior.
