Job Description: Junior Campaign Specialist - Swedish Market (Hybrid, Barcelona) We are seeking a dedicated Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team, specializing in the Swedish market .
This hybrid position is based in Barcelona , offering a mix of remote and on-site work.

Comprehensive training : 2-3 weeks of in-depth product and sales training to ensure you are fully prepared for the role.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns.
Consistently achieve performance targets for productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
Confidently pitch proposals to clients via phone and create persuasive written content.
Efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals.
Analyze campaign performance data to provide valuable insights.
Work collaboratively with your team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience: BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
Native or C2 proficiency in Swedish , with B2 level English .
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective pitches and proposals.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Analytical mindset with a client-focused approach and a drive to achieve business goals.
A proactive team player who excels in a constantly evolving work environment.
