Job Description : Junior Campaign Specialist - Swedish Market (Hybrid, Barcelona)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Swedish market. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, offering a blend of remote and on-site work.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns.

  • Manage time and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with team members and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
  • Native or C2 level in Swedish with B2 level English proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills for effective pitching and writing.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset and client-focused, with a passion for meeting business goals.
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic, constantly evolving work environment.
