Our client is a Top Leading Multinational which one if their business units is Steel Trading.
Nowadays their Team in Spain is highly growing, so they are looking for their next PPGI Trader.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks Negotiate, structure, and execute trades across a range of steel products and potentially raw materials for steel making, mainly PPGI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with steel mills, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and end-users in key regions such as APAC, and EMEA working both directly and in coordination with the company's network of offices and representatives around the world Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's market reach and customer base.
Understand and manage the trade flows of steel products, ensuring optimal supply chain efficiency from production hubs to end markets.
Monitor and analyze global economic indicators, geopolitical events, industry trends, and technological advancements affecting the steel industry.
Key Qualifications / Experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Prepainted Steel Field trading, with a proven track record of successful trades, market expansion, and relationship management Languages: Spanish, English.
Strong communication skills, negotiating, high degree of flexibility and quick grasp of things.
Active, independent, goal oriented.
Strong understanding of global steel trade flows, logistics, and supply chain management.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed to meet with suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
