The Customer Success Executive (CSE) serves as the primary executive point of contact for assigned customers, managing the relationship throughout their journey with Infor.
Acting as the key account owner, the CSE collaborates across teams to drive customer success, retention, and account growth while ensuring customers achieve their desired business outcomes.
This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Support, and Product Development to advocate for customers, resolve escalations, and maximize the value of Infor solutions.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes : Managing relationships with small to medium-sized customer accounts.Developing and executing account strategies to support customer success, retention, and growth.Leading governance, escalation management, and renewal processes.Aligning internal teams across Sales, Services, Support, and Product Development to support the customer lifecycle.Advocating for customer needs, ensuring their feedback informs product development.Conducting regular executive reviews and strategic planning sessions.Providing leadership updates on customer health, progress, and challenges.Basic Qualifications : Fluency in English and Dutch.Strong executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed environment.Experience engaging with C-suite and executive teams in a consultative capacity.Critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.Ability to manage and guide cross-functional teams effectively.Preferred Qualifications : Experience in matrixed organizational environments.Managed complex ERP software implementations.Expertise in process improvement and change management.Knowledge of industry challenges in Food & Beverage or Manufacturing.Experience leading indirect teams to drive measurable results.Benefits : Competitive compensation.Private Medical Insurance.Membership discounts with one of the best local gyms in Barcelona.Clear and motivating progression path to develop and grow.Flexibility to work between home a minimum of one day a week.Office situated in the heart of Barcelona.Ticket restaurant – explore Barcelona's best local cuisines.8 hours during the workday for volunteer activities each fiscal year.Monthly team events : sports, socials, charities.About Infor Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry-specific markets.
