We provide them with the skills, knowledge and environment needed to make a difference, and they join a supportive and international community that lasts a lifetime.Our PeopleAt IE we are:People-drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge ChampionsWe are looking for a person to join a temporary (maternity leave) full-time position in Segovia.Responsibilities:Your role as a Manager will involve:Implement, manage and optimise social media campaigns on Social Networks (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, among others).Monitor the results of paid campaigns and apply the learning to the overall strategy and contribute to the growth of the client's business by identifying new opportunities.Manage the administration and execution of paid social media plans, ensuring the achievement of objectives and KPIs, as well as keeping day-to-day budgetary control.Maintain an open and fluid communication channel with the content, community managers and creative departments to transfer a 360o vision to the planning.To be a reference in the new products of the different Paid Social platforms.Maintain a good communication channel with the internal marketing management team, being able to explain technical topics in an easy way.Deliver reports based on the analysis of campaign data (Looker Studio, Excel, Business Manager).Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should have:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar. A Master in Digital Marketing is a plus.At least 3 years of Paid social media experience.Good knowledge and hands-on experience on paid social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest.Knowledge of Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, GA4, etc.).Analytical result-oriented mindset.Team player.Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.It's time to bring your best and make your mark.
