Job descriptionIn this role you will be in charge of creation, sending, analysis and optimisation of data monetisation campaigns focused on the US market. You will lead by example, initiate the operation, create best practices and build a team. You will be supported by a team of senior professionals to help you obtain the best (direct) campaigns, manage and build out deliverability and provide high quality data, to make sure that your campaigns generate the best results.- Set up, program and monitor daily shoots- Analyse day to day results, test, fix and improve campaigns- Lead the production of ad content- A/B testing across campaigns to maximise ROI- Coordinate & collaborate with colleagues to increase deliverabilityRequirements- 2+ years of experience in email or SMS marketing- Excellent analytical skills that translate insights into actions- Comfortable working (partially) on US time zones- Organised and proactive with respect for deadlines- Fluent in English, Spanish a plus- Based in/near/ or willing to move to BarcelonaBenefits- Competitive base salary plus bonus + benefits- A team oriented company mentality where winning is a collective effort and rewarded similarly- Freedom and ownership to create your own position and team- Be part of the core team in an exciting start-up, founded by leading industry professionals- Hybrid working policy- Easy but driven company culture, no bull****- Company events- Office in the heart of Barcelona#J-18808-Ljbffr
